Mission:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping to execute campaigns, manage daily tasks, and develop strategies that drive customer growth. You'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our marketing initiatives are informed, effective, and aligned with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Assist in developing and launching marketing campaigns across various channels, including drip campaigns, list management, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Social Media Management: Update and manage company social media profiles, create engaging posts, respond to inquiries, and track engagement.
  • Marketing Materials: Help create brochures, newsletters, social media graphics, and exhibition displays.
  • Metrics Analysis: Analyze marketing performance metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer preferences.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating events such as trade shows and regional workshops.
  • Marketing Calendar: Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, and managing resources.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or in-progress) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time-management skills, creative thinker with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Basic understanding of content creation (blog writing, video editing, etc.).
