Marketing Assistant - Atlanta, Chattanooga, Birmingham

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our team at Oakbridge Insurance. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts and contribute to the overall growth and success of our agency.


Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  3. Content Creation: In collaboration with our external marketing firm partner, develop engaging content marketing materials.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  5. Event Management: Support Chief of Staff, as necessary, in coordinating and managing marketing events, company meetings, and promotional activities.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: In combination with our external marketing firm partner, track and analyze our marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance industry.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    2. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
    3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with graphic design software.
