Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Content Creation: In collaboration with our external marketing firm partner, develop engaging content marketing materials.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Event Management: Support Chief of Staff, as necessary, in coordinating and managing marketing events, company meetings, and promotional activities.
Analytics and Reporting: In combination with our external marketing firm partner, track and analyze our marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance industry.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
