Job description

Our team is now seeking top talent for the most rapidly growing marketing and advertising team in Toronto. National brands are calling on us to launch their products and services, acquire new customers and increase sales activity through our innovative retail marketing and promotional advertising campaigns.

Due to recent campaign expansion throughout the GTA area, we are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant who can help take our promotional marketing team to the next level. We are looking for an outgoing, positive-minded entry-level professional who isn’t afraid of face-to-face consumer interaction and is eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing and consumer sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the GTA.
  2. Provide superior customer service to customers and clients.
  3. Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customer base while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs to provide them with personally tailored solutions.
  5. Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers.
  6. Identify and address customer concerns.
  7. Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development.
  8. Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
  2. Motivated about an uncapped commission structure with additional bonuses.
  3. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions.
  4. Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients.
  5. Capable of working well in a team and independently.
  6. Customer service oriented - ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients.
  7. Responsible, proactive, accountable.
  8. Goal oriented.
  9. Must be looking for an in-person role (not work from home) and full-time hours.
