Here's how a Marketing and Proposals Coordinator for our Montreal office contributes to our team: By actively contributing to the preparation and submission of proposals in response to client requests, as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning, development, and polished layout of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and maintain consistent follow-ups to gather the necessary information and documentation, while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research to enrich proposal content, drawing from completed projects, past submissions, and other relevant sources.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials and documents for internal communications and client meetings.
  • Contribute to the writing, editing, and formatting of proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and a polished final product.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining a centralized content library, including templates, project content, and previous proposals.
  • If desired, bring creativity to personalize proposals and presentations, adapting them to each client's unique needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, proposals, communications, project management or a related field
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of InDesign (or willingness to learn)
  • Good written communication skills in French
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Familiarity with the construction industry (an asset), attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate multiple projects
  • Autonomy and initiative

  • Capability to handle unexpected challenges
