Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Execute weekly audits of all online vehicles.
  • Coordinate day to day entry of incoming vehicles.
  • Test and review marketing funnels.
  • Review and upload vehicle images to dealer sites.
  • Create vehicle descriptions with accurate and detailed specifics of each model from the information supplied by dealership managers.
  • Assist with the maintenance of, and revision to, company websites.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and sales projections .
  • Assist with the maintenance of, and revision to, Dealership Social Media accounts.
  • Assist with taking showroom pictures and editing.
  • Drive vehicles in the showroom to take pictures.
  • Maintenance of indoor/outdoor showroom.
  • Assist the Used Car Sales Managers in coordinating activities of the used car department with respect to reconditioning, detailing, digital capture, pricing and general merchandising.
  • Assist managers with incoming and outgoing Used Car Department inventory.
  • Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or significant directly related experience.
  • Previous experience in photography.
  • Automotive industry knowledge is an asset.
  • OMVIC Certification is required.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge about vehicle makes and models.
  • Work well independently with minimal supervision.
  • Digital and social media experience.
  • Savvy and up-to-date with current marketing and advertising opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in social media strategy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personable, reliable, courteous and versatile.
  • A proven self-starter who can work well under pressure.
  • Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour
