Position: Marketing and Content Creator Coordinator

Location: Winnipeg

This hybrid role combines marketing strategy with content creation and coordination. The position provides part-time support to Innovative Heating Technologies (IHT) and Capital I Industries during parental leave, transitioning to full-time for Capital I upon the incumbent's return.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Campaign Coordination: Develop, maintain, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources. Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns as needed.
  2. Branding and Value Proposition: Manage content calendars, analyze brand positioning, and lead creative development to engage target audiences.
  3. Content Creation and Management: Create and update marketing materials, design templates for sales presentations and campaigns.
  4. Event Planning and Execution: Research and coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and events. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
  5. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social channels, create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  6. Website Design and Enhancements: Oversee website design, create mock-ups, and ensure responsiveness across devices.
  7. Market and Customer Research: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and new markets. Use tools like ZoomInfo for lead generation and marketing material development.
  8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports with insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (asset).
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related roles.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, WordPress, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
