Position: Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Reports to: General Manager
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing internal and external communications regarding the retail store.
Opportunities
The Coordinator will facilitate marketing efforts, manage social media platforms, write blog posts and email newsletters, oversee the loyalty program, and ensure effective verbal and visual communications within the Sprouted Oven environment. The individual will support the Store Director, Retail Store Manager, and Culinary Manager with daily communications and other division-related tasks as needed.

Experience
- Retail sales and inventory experience in the food industry is an asset.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing activities including social media, website updates, blog posts, in-store marketing, and loyalty program.
- Handle internal communications like weekly newsletters.
- Manage external communications such as loyalty member texts and promotional emails.
- Source and discover new products for the store.
- Develop marketing strategies for new products through merchandising and sampling.
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform product decisions.
- Perform logistics and banking duties as required.
- Participate in trade shows and events.
- Update and consolidate SOPs.
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
Other
- Ability to bend and reach frequently when stocking.
- Flexibility with schedule changes and shifts.
- Availability 6 days a week (Sunday to Friday).

Salary: $50,300 - $59,000
