Farman Services Ltd is a growing service-based company in Edmonton. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and business development to contribute to a growing organization. The position starts as part-time (3 days / week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns

Update and maintain the company website with current content and branding

Support other marketing team members with ongoing initiatives and projects

Coordinate and manage communication with existing and potential clients

Help identify and pursue new business development opportunities

Maintain CRM systems and ensure data is current and organized

Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing and business objectives

Qualifications :

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or sales / business development

Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Experience with CRM platforms and IT-related services is an asset

Proven experience in a marketing or client relations role

Proficient with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar)

Bonus Skills :

Graphic design or basic editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Data analysis and reporting skills
