Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

LHH is working with their client to add a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to their team. In this role, you will support a practice offering with key initiatives including crafting RFPs and proposal materials such as pitch books, tracking and managing submissions, developing targeting lists, and assisting with key event marketing activities like seminars and sponsorships. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams to craft and execute effective proposal strategies, ensuring high-impact submissions.
  2. Design and develop proposal materials, presentations, and marketing collateral that communicate the company's value proposition.
  3. Understand practice group objectives and collaborate with P&BDM and MD on marketing and business development strategies, including maintaining practice descriptions and supporting submissions.
  4. Assist with responding to practice RFPs and manage the RFP log.
  5. Plan and execute practice group seminars and events, coordinating content, agendas, invitations, presentation materials, registration, and continuing education credits, working with conference services for logistics.
  6. Research industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  7. Maintain current and organized marketing databases for easy access to vital data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of marketing and/or business development experience
  • Proven success in proposal development and content creation, especially RFP submissions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
