The opportunity:

Achievers is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our growing Marketing Operations team. The Manager will be responsible for measuring and optimizing Achievers’ marketing efforts and making recommendations to the organization as well as senior leadership on future marketing strategies, metrics and KPIs. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and works closely with Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, as well as senior leaders across the business.


Responsibilities:
  • Understand our marketing initiatives and recommend measurement approaches, optimizations, and recommendations at the tactic, channel, and campaign level.
  • Lead marketing attribution and efficiency analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations on improving performance across marketing channels and business segments.
  • Develop models to forecast market demands and MQLs based on historical data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive models into strategic planning processes and budgets
  • Bring fresh, strategic thinking, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Be the expert on our marketing data availability and work cross functionally to ensure it’s quality and clarity.
  • Be a key stakeholder in our marketing data infrastructure work and ensure that large internal initiatives deliver the types of data needed to optimize marketing efforts over time.
  • Work with marketing leaders on A/B testing to inform brand positioning, content strategy, and better understand audience quality.
  • Contribute individually, as well as build relationships with internal team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 5+ years of marketing analytics experience. B2B SaaS Marketing experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in SQL, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Business Intelligence & Visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Experience with Marketing Attribution Tools (Hockeystack, Dreamdata, Bizible), Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Pardot), Business Intelligence & Visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Google Ads, Google Search Console, Bing Ads
  • Excellent ability to articulate key insights from complex data to a wide variety of non-technical audiences. Strong ability to visualize and present data.
  • Solid analytical thinking and business judgment, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and translate them into structured projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, efficiency, and project execution.
  • Good understanding of marketing data sources, metrics, and their application in driving business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, communicate with multiple stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion.
