About this Position

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing media marketing materials, including print, video, and online resources.
• Perform desk procedures for media marketing, including review logging, tracking, and self-assessment.
• Maintain and update intranet resources and public website content.
• Support the assessment, development, and growth of ancillary products and services.
• Administer ancillary products as directed.
• Manage Media Advisory Team (MAT) requests, promotions, and general marketing support.
• Provide backup support at the reception desk, including answering calls, directing visitors, logging deliveries, and other assigned tasks.
• Assist with other marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Creative expertise and sound judgment in marketing.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with personal financial products and industry knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
