Job description

MLP Residence is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Part-Time Marketing Ambassador to support our marketing and leasing efforts. The Marketing Ambassador will represent MLP Residence both in person and online, helping to increase awareness, attract new residents, and support the leasing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is confident in both face-to-face and digital marketing, and is detail-oriented when it comes to administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday to Friday and some weekends
Wage: to be negotiated

Job Duties:
  • Represent MLP Residence at community events, on-site promotions, and through in-person outreach.
  • Create, post, and manage engaging content on social media platforms to promote MLP Residence.
  • Respond to online inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct professional tours of the residence for prospective residents and their families.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about amenities, services, and the application process.
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of lease agreements.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional presence on behalf of MLP Residence.
  • Track and report on marketing and outreach activities
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or hospitality an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and basic digital marketing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed.
