Job summary

Instacart is seeking a transformative Marketing AI Engineer who will rebuild and automate Marketing processes using AI-native solutions. You will own end-to-end AI workflow design, build, ship, and measure impact, establishing scalable practices across teams.

You will drive adoption, evangelize wins, and partner with AI goal owners to unblock blockers, creating momentum across the organization. This role is remote, with a Flex First approach and location-specific pay ranges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations or related field with AI impact.
• Proven builder shipping AI-powered workflows.
• Hands-on with AI tools like Claude, GPT-4o or Gemini.
• Experience building agentic systems and orchestration layers.
• Adoption-focused approach and accountability for usage.
• Strong communication across ICs to C-level leadership.
• Prioritization to say no to low-value requests.
