About The Opportunity

This role is all about creating the tools and materials that help our sales team do their job better—and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. You’ll roll up your sleeves and get it done.

  • Build brochures, presentations, and other sales materials that speak to specific products, industries, and customer needs.
  • Update and organize existing content so the sales team always has what they need on hand.
  • Help write and deliver webinars and presentations that support the sales process.
  • Put together marketing kits for campaigns focused on certain accounts or industries.
  • Help launch new products and services with clear messaging and easy-to-use tools.
  • Keep everything up to date—track versions of sales materials and make sure the newest ones get out to the right people.
  • Research upcoming trade shows and conferences, and help plan the details.
  • Handle the logistics for events—booking, signage, shipping booths, organizing schedules.
  • Work with the social and PR teams to promote events and show off our company.
  • Keep tabs on our stash of printed materials and swag—make sure we’ve got enough, and reorder when we don’t.
About You

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and energized by collaborating across teams to make things happen. You have a marketing mind and a strong instinct for what helps sales close deals. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Education
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an asset—but your hands-on experience and ability to execute are what really count.
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or sales enablement role. Event planning or B2B experience is a strong asset.
Skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for both detail and big-picture messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills—you’re a team player who gets things done.
  • Proficiency with presentation software, content management tools, and event platforms.
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset with a focus on creating tools that help others succeed.

Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience.
