Job Description:

Welcome to NEST New York, where mood is elevated and scent is celebrated! Our fragranced home, perfume, wellness, and technology collections transform the everyday through scents that transport, inspire, and captivate the senses.

We are seeking an experienced Market Specialist to join our Field Sales Team. This role will support the Montreal market. The ideal candidate is passionate about the fragrance industry, excels both individually and in team settings, is extremely detail-oriented and organized, solutions-driven, an analytical thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. This position offers growth opportunities into a coordinator role based on successful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed sales goals set by the company
  2. Merchandise products to adhere to NEST's visual standards
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and represent NEST professionally at all times
  4. Build and strengthen in-store partnerships
  5. Educate staff and clients on product knowledge
  6. Recruit and introduce the brand to every customer

Locations to Support:

  • SEPHORA
  • Sephora Anjou
  • Other Sephora locations as open to drive
  • HOLT RENFREW
  • SHOPPERS DRUG MART

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience, specifically with Sephora, Holt Renfrew, and Shoppers Drug Mart
  • Fragrance experience is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable walking and standing for long periods
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation to access all retail locations
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
