Performance Profile

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong consulting skills, and a passion for building long-lasting partner relationships. You will be responsible for expanding our geographic reach through sales and recruitment efforts.

Recruiting Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure high-quality talent delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Assess candidate performance levels and facilitate effective interviews.
  • Understand partner needs and market demands to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accuracy within our ATS and AI tools, focusing on relational activities.
  • Communicate project status clearly and timely to partners.
Sales and Business Growth

Leverage existing relationships and service Titus accounts to execute market-specific strategies for growth.

  • Identify business opportunities, establish partnerships, and drive revenue.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners.
  • Support upselling through candidate flips, referrals, and strategic conversations.
  • Meet annual sales quotas through weekly activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure proactive communication with your Operations team.
  • Deliver excellent partner experiences through a defined journey.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to grow accounts.
  • Drive partner referrals.
  • Work from Home (WFH).
