A leading retail company is seeking a Market Leader to oversee operations across multiple Dollarama stores in the region. This role involves team leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring high-quality retail experiences. Ideal candidates will have extensive retail management experience, strategic thinking abilities, and a strong capacity for team development.
The Market Leader will oversee the daily retail store operations and be accountable for the completion of all duties necessary to operate multiple Dollarama stores on a daily basis. Based out of one “home” store, you will direct operational activities across 2–5 locations, ensuring consistency, profitability, and a strong customer experience.

You will directly and indirectly lead teams of approximately 10+ employees per store, including Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers, and report to the Regional District Manager to drive growth and operational excellence.
In this critical role, you will manage day-to-day operations, people development, merchandising, recruitment, training, and financial reporting for your market. You will ensure optimal store appearance and inventory levels, oversee work schedules against budget, and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
You will also lead new store openings, develop market-wide business plans, implement action plans for sales growth and margin improvement, and conduct store visits to maintain quality service and safety standards.
