Position Overview: The Market Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans within specific product lines and customer segments, working closely with the flow cytometry business unit and marketing team to translate strategy into tactical plans. The role involves gathering market intelligence and supporting the development of future product strategies.

Location: Fully remote in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop field marketing campaigns to generate demand for flow cytometry solutions.
• Gather market intelligence from customers and sales teams to inform product and business strategies.
• Create sales tools to improve sales force effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or marketing management within the scientific market.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working in a global, multicultural, matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-50%.

Preferred:

• Over 5 years of experience in the Life Science market.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $125,000 - $160,000, plus bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
