Ferring+You

You will be responsible for end-to-end access strategy and execution leadership, from early stage through to launch, reimbursement, and lifecycle management.

This role involves strategizing and executing collaborative Market Access initiatives by engaging cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, etc.), external partners, payers, patient advocacy groups, government, and related agencies to ensure access to Ferring medicines, optimal reimbursement, and valued health outcomes.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, working from our Toronto office 3 days a week.

Your day at Ferring
  • Developing market access and pricing strategies supporting business goals, including pre-launch planning and portfolio assessment.
  • Leading access assessments, evidence gap analysis, and external engagement for reimbursement strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Managing cross-functional development and execution of access strategies to optimize reimbursement and formulary listing.
  • Creating and maintaining strong partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage insights and advocacy.
  • Staying informed on health policy, HTA, and payer environment trends and sharing insights proactively.
  • Representing Market Access and Pricing within the Brand Team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing pricing and negotiation strategies compliant with regulations and optimized for reimbursement.
  • Leading or participating in cross-functional teams to address market access needs.
  • Managing the brand-specific access budget.
