Brock University seeks a Marker-Grader for the course CHS 4P20, responsible for marking assignments and providing feedback to students. Candidates must have completed relevant coursework and demonstrate strong communication skills. This position offers competitive hourly rates based on qualifications and is subject to budget approval.

Duties and responsibilities will be in accordance with Article 22 of the Collective Agreement. The marker-grader is expected to mark assignments, term projects, case reports, midterms, progress exams, and/or final exams. They must provide written feedback to students, clearly explaining the basis of the grade assigned, whether due to substantive content or written communication skills, including spelling, punctuation, grammar, and overall structure and organization. The marker-grader may also be expected to invigilate mid-terms and exams or enter grades into databases at the request of the course instructor.
Applicants should identify the course for consideration of equivalency, providing transcripts or course descriptions as needed. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application.
