MARINE TERMINAL ENGINEERING STANDARDS LEAD

The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Marine Terminal Engineering Standards Lead to join our Engineering Standards & Asset Services team - an integral role in ensuring the safety, consistency, and longevity of our marine terminal infrastructure. As a methodical thinker and experienced problem-solver, you are responsible for developing and managing standards, maintenance regimes, policies and processes for the Terminal Construction and Terminal Maintenance departments. You will liaise with other departments, including the respective departmental subject matter experts and stakeholders, to identify and support consistent standards development to maintain conformance with applicable technical and regulatory/code requirements.
To be a right fit, you are a strong communicator with a demonstrated ability of establishing and maintaining effective multi-departmental working relationships. You have sound knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, technical design documentation, and regulatory requirements for land-based marine infrastructure. You foster a strong commitment to personal safety and are familiar with WorkSafe’s OHS Regulations and working safely around marine and commercial/industrial facilities.

Additional information
The target salary range: $105,200 - $131,500 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
