Job Description Summary

Do you have a passion for maintaining streamlined efficiencies and ensuring product quality while developing your skills in a rewarding, fun, and inspiring work environment?

If so, STEMCELL is looking for a Manufacturing Technologist to perform life science product assembly with our Research & Development team. In this role, you will focus on Instrumentation tubing sets to meet established specifications, volume, and quality standards to support our development goals.

This is a temporary, fixed-term position for up to 12 months.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
  2. Perform assembly activities such as preparation of raw materials, bonding, visual inspection, post-assembly testing, and documentation of results to fulfill product development goals.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure product development activities are executed on schedule and accurately.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  1. Previous work in a related discipline, including a combination of work, education, or co-op experience, is preferred.
  2. High precision mechanical assembly skills, including good repeatability and consistency from batch to batch.
  3. Moderate knowledge of internal manufacturing processes, policies, and procedures, including maintaining and adhering to all safety regulations.
  4. Ability to follow instructions (including all safety regulations) and maintain accurate records in a collaborative environment.

The annual base salary ranges from $58,500 to $79,100, determined by experience, education, skills, and organizational equity. This range includes potential incentives based on performance. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and more.
