Key Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Reliable commute to Bolton

Job Responsibilities

• Produce machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Function as a machinist for machining and repairing mold components.
• Perform independent machine setup, first-piece validation, and ensure high quality.
• Assist in process planning and machine programming to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Operate multiple CNC machines for turning, milling, grinding, etc., within close tolerances.
• Read blueprints and produce high-quality parts, rework as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Qualifications in General Machinist, Mold Maker, or Tool and Die Maker
• 4-6+ years CNC machining experience
• Experience in programming and operating CNC machines with relevant software
• Knowledge of drawing reading and GD&T is a plus
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with good communication skills
• Proficient with hand tools, measuring tools, and inspection processes
• Availability for weekend and shift work
