Job Summary

You will perform a series of operations to assemble and test temperature sensors using a variety of hand and power tools. Instructions and training are provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures
  • Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
  • Good oral communication skills and conflict management skills
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach within arm's length
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 to 25 pounds

Benefits

Health/dental insurance available after 1 year. Retirement plans are available. Two ten-minute paid breaks per day (10am/3pm), 30-minute lunch unpaid. Coffee is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Rate: $15/hour - annual raises based on performance
