Our manufacturing facility in Tillsonburg, ON delivers safety critical steering linkage andsuspension components to many of the world’s best automotive manufacturers. Ford andMercedes Benz are our largest customers, with Stellantis business recently brought to theFacility. Multiple General Labourer Manufacturing Team Member positions available.

Our starting rate is $22.61, and you will receive scheduled increases on your first, second, third, and fourth years of service!

What will you be responsible for?

  • Assemble and machine products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Schedule:

  • Expected Hours: 40 – 48 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekly rotation through midnights, afternoons, and days
  • Overtime on the weekends as needed
