Job summary

DIRTT Environmental Solutions in Calgary, AB is hiring for a Manufacturing Team Member in a Flex Team to gain experience across Casework, Woodshop, Metalshop and Primer facilities. You will become one of our most versatile employees, contributing to multiple operations and paving a path toward future leadership.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related production environment is an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, measuring tools, and basic production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.

What You’ll Do:

The Flex Team is called upon when production needs additional support to meet operational demands.

  • Support high demand departments
