• Ability to apply recruitment knowledge across policies and processes.
• Customer-obsessed with top-priority candidate experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume manufacturing recruitment.

As a key member of the North America Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruitment support of high-volume roles (plant, manufacturing and related) by leveraging knowledge of local/regional/cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements. This position will focus on recruitment strategy for the Coaldale Facility.

What you’ll be doing.

• Acting as an expert in recruitment, you will build relationships; provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidate
• Developing candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and becoming an expert in the business areas you support
• Act as the strategic partner to managing high-volume hiring in an effective, organized, and proactive manner
• Conducting interviews to assess candidates; make hiring recommendations; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Managing the job offer process, including negotiation and consultation
• Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs for applicable roles of ownership
• Developing cost effective, data-driven, and innovative solutions to meet business recruiting needs
• Using SuccessFactors (ATS) and Phenom (CRM) to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis
• Participating in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed

What you’ll need to be successful.

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing environment; Prior agency experience preferred
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies (ie Linkedin, Indeed, Phenom, local posting sites/affiliations, etc.)
• Ability to apply recruitment knowledge / experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes and functions
• Customer obsessed, ensuring candidate experience and support is a top priority
• Effective in navigating competing priorities including volume, location, and stakeholders
• Comfort in a high-volume, manufacturing recruitment environment

You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on finding the best talent for our Coaldale Manufacturing Facility. You will work collaboratively with different managers across a variety of functions throughout the Coaldale Manufacturing Facility.

Compensation Package: $65,500.00 - $87,400.00* . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
