Job description

We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee our night shift operations at our manufacturing facilities in the Lower Mainland. This role involves managing a team of 20 to 50 employees, including machine operators, lead hands, and support staff, involved in producing health supplements. Flexibility to work at both Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows locations is required.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in nutraceuticals, food, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven leadership of teams of 10 or more in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery used in processing.
  • Strong communication skills, leading by example and collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting and process improvements.
