Job summary

Sciencetech, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Lead for our London, Ontario plant. This permanent full-time role offers involvement in a low-volume, custom product environment with broad manufacturing responsibilities and visible impact on operations.

You will conduct material quality checks, document non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions while collaborating with design and manufacturing for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering technology credentials (diploma or degree) or 2+ years of equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS principles.
• Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings.
• Ability to read electrical assembly drawings.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25kg.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• To be responsible, team-oriented, and process aware.
• Detail orientation and strong focus while working.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel on Windows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming material quality checks – compare material to drawing/specification.

We are seeking someone with experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment to join our manufacturing team at our London Ontario plant.
