As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a dynamic team on a rotating 3-shift schedule (Days, Afternoons, Midnights) to maintain high standards in quality, safety, and production efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally to support daily operations and long-term process improvements in a fast-paced food-grade facility.

Responsibilities
-Monitor and optimize production lines to maximize efficiency and meet KPIs.
-Conduct shift meetings and communicate expectations around safety, quality, and schedule performance.
-Ensure work orders and materials are staged and ready for the next 24-hour cycle.
-Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for schedule or quality deviations.
-Supervise daily attendance, performance reviews, and coaching conversations.
-Uphold discipline, drive team morale, and foster a culture of accountability and respect.
-Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity throughout the production process.
-Coordinate trial runs and press approvals with key stakeholders.
-Lead and support safety, GMP, AIB, and Lean initiatives on the floor.
-Recommend improvements to equipment, procedures, and facilities.
Qualifications
-5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food packaging preferred).
-Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, AIB, etc.) and production documentation.
-Background in Flexographic printing or similar printing processes is an asset.
-Working knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a strong plus.
-Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
-Certified or experienced in Health & Safety regulations (WHMIS, Forklift, etc.).
-Reputation for being dependable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
