Job summary

Array Marketing is seeking a Process Planner to support accurate manufacturing planning, BOM validation, and timely release of process plans at our Scarborough facility. You will work with Engineering, Quality and Scheduling to ensure plans align with forecasts and production needs.

You will review BOMs against drawings, maintain item master data in our ERP, and help drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, capacity analysis, and on‑time delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with BOMs, routings, and MRP to support inventory planning and on‑time delivery.
• Experience maintaining item masters and production data in ERP systems.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data‑driven planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master files to support inventory planning and BOM cost center alignment.
• Coordinate plan releases with Quality and Scheduling to support forecasts and long lead‑time purchases.
• Review BOM changes and update process plans across engineering and production teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
