  • Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications.
  • Monitor equipment performance and process consistency.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals.
  • Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives.

If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving problems, and continuously improving how things are done, this is an opportunity to build valuable technical expertise while contributing to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position works Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 12:00am
