The role requires 0–1 year in manufacturing, ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety procedures. Compensation aligns with experience and internal talent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsabilités

• Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Retrieve and verify raw materials; follow procedures to produce, package, label and palletize finished products.
• Process unused raw materials and maintain workplace organization.
• Refer to charts for measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.
• Assist in inventory counts and complete production documentation.
• Complete quality checks and documentation.
• Identify and assist in resolving health and safety risks.
