Job summary

Kennametal Inc. in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. The role involves working on rotating shifts, supporting materials science and equipment operations to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Shifts are Monday to Friday days and evenings, with biweekly rotation; weekend availability may be required. Wage starts at 24.67 CAD per hour, with progression to higher skill levels as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with a high school diploma or extensive manufacturing experience.
• Must enroll in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
• Must be available to work all required shift rotations, including Saturdays.
• The successful applicant will be expected to progress to higher skill levels in a reasonable period of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support manufacturing processes on rotating shifts.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM and Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM- 1:30 AM.

Candidate will need to be available to work both shifts (rotating biweekly)

Compensation: wage starting at $24.67

Basic Qualifications for Production Operator:
