Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate 50–75 production and operation staff.
• Develop and implement short- to long-term production plans.
• Manage staffing, time/attendance, and resources for delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement using JBS tools to improve SQDC metrics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; audit readiness.
