Job summary

STERIS is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Clerk in Beauport, QC to support production and warehouse tasks, assemble and distribute production kits, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with shipping and receiving.

The role is full-time, on-site with morning shifts, requiring a high school diploma and physical readiness. You will help with loading, safety procedures, training, and Kaizen initiatives to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare component kits for production using warehouse materials.
• Identify missing items during inventory counts and order picking.

• Ship service and replacement parts; load/unload trucks when needed.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new team members.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Manufacturing Operations Clerk

We are looking for an Manufacturing Operations Clerk to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our production and warehouse operations by preparing and distributing production kits, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to shipping and receiving activities that keep our business running smoothly.

What You'll do as a Manufacturing Operations Clerk at STERIS

• Prepare component kits for production using materials available in the warehouse;
• Identify missing items during inventory counts and order picking activities;
• Store materials in designated storage areas;
• Prepare and distribute parts to production cells;
• Ship service and replacement parts;
• Occasionally load and unload delivery trucks;
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations at all times;
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new team members;
• Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Hourly wage between $20/hour and $24/hour, based on recognized relevant experience;
