Job summary

Albarrie Canada Limited is seeking a Mechanical Technician to support manufacturing and engineering activities at our Barrie facility. You will contribute to CAD drawings revisions, BOM creation, and design optimization under the Engineering Manager's guidance.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, collaboration with Manufacturing, Sales, QA and IT, and the development of cost models and process improvements for our nonwoven fabric products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit CAD drawings for fabricated products under Engineering Manager guidance.
• Create and revise BOMs based on designs, and add new items in ERP.
• Troubleshoot design inefficiencies and support other engineering projects.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, QA and IT to support process engineering.
