Job summary

DarkVision in Vancouver is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and scale the production of advanced ILI and downhole imaging technologies. You will own end-to-end manufacturing and repair scope, directing a team of technicians and collaborating with Field Ops, Supply Chain, R&D, and Engineering to deliver on schedule and quality. This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly and 3 years in managing production teams.
• Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Knowledge of production optimization methods, RCA methodologies, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow teams of technicians on ILI and downhole products; recruit, onboard, train, and develop performance.
• Set clear production priorities and standards; foster accountability and safety on the shop floor.
• Structure and resource teams to meet growing production and repair demand across global sites.
