JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $26 per hour - $32.00 per hour based on experience, plus $0.75 shift differential

3rd Shift Sunday- Thursday 10pm to 6am with overtime as needed

Benefits start day 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This Maintenance Associate is responsible for executing all maintenance and projects at the facility. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment. Installs and maintains various piping systems, repairs plumbing, fabricates piping, and ensures systems operate effectively.

The associate will work on industrial plumbing, heating and cooling piping, threading, running pipe, and working with steam heat systems, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities include planning, maintaining tooling, fabricating replacement parts, performing grounds and facilities repairs, and maintaining accurate records and safety standards.

• Provide timely maintenance services to production and other departments
• Be accessible, cooperative, and react promptly to issues
• Assist with technical maintenance tasks
• Perform maintenance, preventive work, and ensure work orders are completed correctly
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization during and after work
• Document all activities accurately
• Perform shift handovers effectively
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance safely and document outcomes
• Track daily work and adhere to schedules
• Identify and order parts needed for repairs
• Coordinate inventory management with relevant departments
• Seek efficiencies and resource conservation opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing maintenance experience
• 1-2 years experience with industrial plumbing, threading, and piping
• Experience with steam heat systems
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to distinguish colors, with correctable eyesight and hearing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and 51-100 pounds with assistance
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, climbing, and other movements
• Exposure to high voltage, machinery, noise, temperature extremes, and dust
• Use of personal protective equipment, tools, and fabrication/machining equipment
• Commitment to safe work practices and safety responsibilities
