Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience managing production teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Supervise production teams and optimize processes for throughput and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement and develop employees while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
