Job description

dcbel Inc. (www.dcbel.energy) is a growing company developing technology and designing products that make clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to all — because everyone in the world deserves energy without compromise.

dcbel is at the forefront of the residential energy revolution, enabling decentralized energy consumption and production through its integrated suite of hardware and software products, along with supporting infrastructure. Our flagship product, the dcbel Home Energy Station, is a compact wall-mounted device that empowers users to control their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EVs and homes, unlock their EV’s battery for backup power (V2H), and optimize energy flow between solar panels, EVs, backup batteries, and the grid.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Information Analyst to join our data-driven manufacturing team. This role involves integrating, managing, and analyzing data from production, supply chain, testing, and quality control using our ERP, PLM, and MES systems. You will help drive operational growth by developing processes and managing digital infrastructure that enhances production visibility, automates workflows, and supports decision-making across our supply chain and contract manufacturing network. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our digital data twin accurately reflects every step of our procurement and manufacturing processes, mirroring the physical flow of goods in real time.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage BOMs, specifications, and process data in ERP/PLM systems; ensure data accuracy and system alignment; configure workflows and generate reports.
  • Optimize engineering and manufacturing workflows; standardize data entry and change management protocols.
  • Develop compatibility matrix management, production tracking tools, and fixed asset tracking processes.
  • Oversee ECOs, manage production changes, handle BOM updates, and coordinate with suppliers on BOM evolution.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for production, yield, and quality metrics; ensure real-time accuracy and usability. Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, gather requirements, and deploy solutions to improve efficiency via ERP/PLM or other platforms.
  • Educate teams on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to integrate data and provide operational insights.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing, system integration, data management, and enterprise software configuration/automation, preferably with Microsoft Business Central.
  • Experience with manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
  • Proficient with PLM, ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-related systems.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, or Arena PLM.

Bonus skills

  • Bilingual in English and French.

Profile

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Data-driven, analytical, proactive, and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What's in it for you

  • Join a company backed by globally respected investors with patents in a groundbreaking industry.
  • Grow your professional experience alongside blue-chip partners and a dedicated team of energy experts.
  • Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, virtual care, employee stock options (ESOP), and flexible hours. Parking available or use our employer commute program near Metro Namur.
