Adecco is hiring a General labourer for a full-time temporary role in Tiverton, ON. This position suits individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and are eager to learn.

Prior manufacturing experience is not required. Responsibilities include supporting daily production, meeting productivity and quality goals, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to assist in various departments as needed.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week.
• Must have a clear criminal background check.
• Safety shoes required
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and manufacturing operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and operational goals.
• Operate or work in proximity to production equipment and machinery.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Work in various production areas based on operational requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety footwear.
• Perform additional production and general labour duties as assigned.
