Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided by the department trainer.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Exposure to typical noises and smells in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and lubricating equipment.
• Readies or puts away tools.
• Closely following directions to operate machinery.
• Assist with prepping machines for jobs.
• Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level employees.
• Performing a variety of manual tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
