  • Apply our customer request management process: reception, definition, exploration, communication, execution, deployment, and follow-up.

  • Contribute to business analysis and the development of functional solutions within the application ecosystem, including SAP (MM, PP, WM/eWM, EAM, PP/DS, APO, etc.).

  • Understand the interrelationships between different IT solutions (e.g. SAP with CMMS GuideTI, SAP with Analytics Platform, etc.).

  • Actively participate in the standardization of IT tools across the company's various sites.

  • Support the evolution of business unit applications.

  • Act as a system administrator (sysadmin application) for certain platforms (user management, basic configuration, documentation).

  • Participate in analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, technical support, and production deployment of solutions.

  • Contribute to IT projects related to continuous improvement.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Education in computer science or a related field, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in transformation projects or multi-site environments.

  • Knowledge or experience with industrial systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA, HMI, and PLC.

  • The ability to function as a system administrator on IT platforms.

  • Experience in an integrated manufacturing ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

  • Experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects would be an asset.

  • A good sense of self-organization; naturally rigorous and structured.

  • Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills with business teams.

  • Customer-oriented analysis, focused on value delivery.

  • The ability to handle multiple priorities.
