Job summary

Burnbrae Farms Limited in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our on-site finance team. This permanent, full-time role supports daily to annual reporting, forecasting, and costing analyses across multiple plant sites.

You will work closely with plant operations and other departments to ensure accurate data and adherence to corporate policies. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, CPA path or designation, strong Excel skills, and SAP

Qualifications

• CPA designation or CPA program in progress is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Experience with standard costing and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting activities.
• Provide plant cost analysis to inform business decisions.
• Ensure internal controls and corporate policies are followed.
• Collaborate with plant operations and non-finance teams to validate costing data.
• Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
