Job summary

Magna Cosma International in Milton, Canada, is seeking a Student / Co-Op MES support role focused on automation and data-driven projects. You will assist MES Analysts in MES System based projects, support middleware applications, and help collect data for KPIs to drive production performance.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and flexibility for overtime. Knowledge of Ignition, HMI, and MSSQL is an asset alongside post-secondary automation/robotics education.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists MES Analysts in MES System based projects

Salary Range - ($28.09 - $33.05)

WORKER HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains safety standards of equipment and work area and perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with the safety policies of Modatek Systems
• Performs all duties in a safe manner in accordance with Section 28 of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulation 851 for Industrial Establishments

WORK AND PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

• Works in office areas and may sometimes be in manufacturing environment, may be exposed to elements such as temperature and noise.

• Physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
