Your main role? Maintain and improve production start-up practices for new products - a stimulating challenge worthy of your expertise!

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Implement safe working methods based on industry best practices
  • Take part in continuous improvement projects (VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product introductions, etc.)
  • Analyze and optimize workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Participate in risk assessments for equipment and workstations
  • Work closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams
  • Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)

With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:

  • You have a technical diploma or AEC in Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent background
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have a solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing concepts and know how to apply them effectively
