A leading energy solutions company in Burnaby is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process design and improvements. Collaborating closely with teams, you'll implement LEAN manufacturing principles and lead projects to enhance production efficiency. The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree, at least 2 years of experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary range of $64,900–$85,000.

The Manufacturing Engineer supports the Burnaby Operations team by driving process design, improvement, and standardization to enable safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPIs), implement LEAN manufacturing principles, and lead projects focused on improving flow, reducing costs, and ensuring manufacturability. The engineer develops and maintains build documentation, supports production transfers, and contributes to sustaining engineering and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
