Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries (Wellhead) in Edmonton is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to aid Production Control and Manufacturing in moving work orders through the shop. You will coordinate order flow with shop floor supervisors, plan with internal teams, and ensure proper documentation and material flow for Wellhead orders.

The role requires forklift experience, 3–5 years in a related manufacturing coordination role, and strong ERP/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Forklift experience mandatory.
• Three to five years of related assembly and/or coordinating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency using ERP systems such as SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work overtime as required including some Saturdays.
• Detail oriented with a high skill of attention to detail.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal Supervision.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all paperwork associated with work orders including the physical movement of material to required areas (i.e. warehouse, finished goods inventory, or manufacturing departments).
• Coordinate Wellhead production order flow through Manufacturing via Planning with Shop Floor Supervisors, Creation of WH schedule and pick list, Direct discussions with Edmonton Inside Sales and International Sales groups.
• In conjunction with Purchasing, coordinate all materials and deliveries for production orders.
• Ensure products have been properly identified and they have gone through required process complete with required documentation and records.
• Assist in delegating work through the ATP department (assembling, testing, and painting) as required for WH orders.
• Process paper and computer work for finished goods, as required.
• Assist with the completion of the closing and processing of all ATP work orders (MIGO).
• Perform other duties assigned by ATP Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager.
• Cover for the Manufacturing Coordinator – Gate Valve as required.
• Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo Group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations or policies.
