Client Development Executive – Remote Work (Commission-based)

About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using Harbinger Network as a 3rd party recruiter to fill vacancies.
  • Develop and grow your own client portfolio.
  • Leverage our established client database to start quickly.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients to secure more business.
  • Utilize available resources and team support to fill client vacancies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the right candidates are presented for each opportunity.

About you

  • 10+ years of staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development/Account Manager, specifically in Manufacturing in Ontario.
  • Strong business development skills with a relationship-based approach.
  • Proven sales success record.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to deliver quality service.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
